Areas of Expertise
Clinical Psychologist
I have been assisting clients to enable positive change in the face of difficulties in many areas of their lives: relationships, family issues, career, personal growth and mental health related matters, such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, Mood Disorders and trauma.

Currently, I am ongoing training in Psychoanalysis. I focus on identifying and releasing unconscious, repressed feelings, thoughts, memories, and desires that are negatively impacting the individual´s life. I also assist the client to be aware of the root of the psychological problems and help resolve the issues in order to bring about positive change and growth.

My Approach
The Systemic Relational Approach is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on how an individual´s personal relationships, behaviour patterns, and life choices are interconnected with the issues they face in life. The concept springs from systems theory, which looks at how parts of a system affect one another to sustain the stability and equilibrium of the whole.

Therefore, I seek to understand the individual, couple or family as a relational system. I assist the client to perceive how this system works to enable change in the face of difficulties in a different, healthier, and more functional way.
